Porter Airlines will temporarily suspend operations at the end of the day on Friday, March 20 to support public health efforts, with plans to resume service in late July 2020.

First, go to the booking site and continue
Then log into your account with the correct email address and password.
Select the options you are looking for.
Click on the administration tab to enter the correct name and flight number in the fields.
Now select the edit flight tab and check the fare.
Then click on a flight to book if you are willing to continue with the next simple process.
Click help and additional information on flight changes and cancellation help to simply cancel your flight.
Enter the passenger’s name and mobile phone number and continue with the next process to submit the cancellation information.
Information about the refund Policy of Porter Airlines
Cancellation of Porter airline tickets within 24 hours of purchase is a fully refundable ticket.
Although tickets that are booked with Freedom fare are eligible for a refund if canceled within a minimum of 1 hour before the departure time of the flight on which you have a reservation.
And if tickets are booked at the base fare type, the ticket owner is not eligible to make any ticket changes or cancellations.
For standard or flexible fare type tickets, if canceled or changed on these tickets, your ticket will be non-refundable.
The refund payment to the registered customer who cancels the ticket will be in the same way that they purchase the ticket.
Porter airline tickets that have been canceled are not all eligible for a refund online, as booking tickets with payment is done using a gift certificate, flight credit, debit or expired credit card, then to request a refund, contact the Porter customer service center.

When you book your Porter Airline ticket, you will get 4 options to book your tickets, and they are Basic, Standard, Flexible, or Free.

If you want to cancel or change the ticket purchase with the basic fare, you cannot do so as the owner of the basic fare. Apart from this, any change or cancellation in airline tickets must be made within a maximum period of 1 hour from the departure time.
Fares charged as cancellation or change penalty are charged per passenger, the direction in which you are flying, in an additional fare difference or reserved tickets within VIPorter points, or dollars and points depending on the initial payment process. Also, there will be applicable taxes that will be added.
According to Porter Airlines, no-shows are not allowed, as you will receive the full refund amount at the time of the departure flight. It should be noted that a failure to show up at the original departure destination will carry you as a reminder of the cancellation of connecting flights as well.
The Porter Airlines call center will continue to serve you with fewer hours of operation at the time of the temporary suspension of service due to COVID-19 between March 21 and the end of July 2020.
